Resource exhaustion via off-by-one DMA cleanup

DMA resource leakage in the Linux kernel igbvf driver from 2.6.33 allows remote attackers to interrupt networking through transmitted traffic. The dma_error cleanup decrements count before its unmapping loop, skipping the packet head when a later fragment mapping fails. The path requires the igbvf virtual-function driver and a TX mapping failure after the head was mapped, leaving one DMA mapping allocated per trigger.
