Persistent interpreter write denial via mismatched accounting

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.14 through 7.1.7 allows local users to leave a binfmt_misc interpreter inode unwritable. load_misc_binary() applies plain deny_write_access() to an interpreter clone, but later cleanup uses exe_file_allow_write_access(), which can skip the matching increment for FMODE_FSNOTIFY_HSM files. A pre-content watch added after MISC_FMT_OPEN_FILE registration and repeated executions drive i_writecount downward, preserving the write denial after the entry and its users are gone.
