Kernel memory disclosure or crash via delimiter scan

Out-of-bounds read in Linux binfmt_misc allows local users to disclose adjacent kernel memory or crash the system via a crafted registration. check_special_flags() treats a P, O, C, or F delimiter as another flag and continues past create_entry()'s eight-byte padding until a different byte appears. Unprivileged users can reach the parser by mounting binfmt_misc in a user namespace; the read is non-writing but can expose kernel heap contents or cross into an unmapped page.
