Remote system crash via bogus XDP fragment metadata

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel veth driver allows remote attackers to crash affected systems with crafted network traffic. veth_convert_skb_to_xdp_buff marks a frag_list socket buffer as fragmented from skb_is_nonlinear even when frags[] is empty, so AF_XDP copy mode walks an empty fragment entry during __xsk_rcv. The path requires a veth device running XDP with AF_XDP copy mode; triggering it crashes the kernel in memcpy and interrupts the host.
