Kernel memory disclosure via truncated VXLAN header pull

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux kernel VXLAN transmit path allow remote attackers to disclose memory, corrupt forwarding, or crash hosts. route_shortcircuit() pulls bytes from the MAC-header offset instead of the network-header offset, leaving most of a fragmented IP header outside the linear buffer before its destination address is dereferenced. Reachability requires a route-short-circuit-enabled VXLAN device and crafted traffic that produces a non-linear packet buffer.
