Kernel crash via unsanitized ublk device state

Kernel state validation failure in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system through crafted ublk device information. ublk_ctrl_add_dev() copies ublksrv_ctrl_dev_info from userspace but fails to reset the kernel-owned state and ublksrv_pid fields, allowing an unattached device to be treated as live. Access to the ublk control interface is required; crafted state can trigger a kernel oops, wedge device startup, route operations to a device that never started, or misreport the server process.
