Kernel panic via sleeping lock in atomic context

Improper locking in the Linux GPIO PCH driver allows local users to crash PREEMPT_RT kernels by changing an IRQ trigger type. pch_irq_type() acquires an rtmutex-backed spinlock_t while desc->lock is held with hard interrupts disabled, causing an invalid sleep in atomic context.
