System hang via powered-down I2C register access

Race condition in the Linux NXP platform I2C driver from 6.14 allows local users to hang the system during suspend or resume. The driver permits a periodic client workqueue to start an I2C transfer after clock and pin-control resources are disabled or before restoration, causing register access against powered-down hardware. The flaw requires an affected NXP processor platform, an I2C client with a periodic workqueue, and a transfer in the narrow noirq suspend or resume window.
