Local system crash via zero-area viewport

Divide-by-zero in Linux before 7.1.8 allows local users to crash the system by submitting a zero-area AMD display viewport. The calculate_mcache_setting function continues after calculate_mcache_row_bytes leaves num_mcaches and viewport dimensions at zero, then divides by those values and can underflow the cache count. The path requires local control of an AMD display plane configuration; successful triggering panics the kernel and interrupts the host.
