CVE-2026-74430Network attack vector

Remote system crash via forged ACKALL packet

Published Aug 15, 2026 · Updated Aug 15, 2026

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel RxRPC allows remote attackers to crash affected systems with a forged ACKALL packet. rxrpc_input_ackall() accepts ACKALL in RXRPC_CALL_SERVER_RECV_REQUEST and makes rxrpc_rotate_tx_window() dereference a NULL transmit queue. Reachability requires an RxRPC service with a new call for which no reply packet has been queued.
