Unauthenticated command execution via unescaped nameserver argument

OS command injection in BurtTheCoder mcp-dnstwist 1.0.0 through 1.0.4 allows remote attackers to execute commands via MCP requests. The fuzz_domain handler appends the user-controlled nameservers value to an argument array, joins the array into a shell string, and passes it to child_process.exec without escaping or argument separation. Exploitation requires access to invoke fuzz_domain and Docker availability, and commands run with the MCP server process's privileges.
