Kernel crash via encoder cleanup use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Rockchip Inno HDMI driver in Linux 7.0 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during DRM teardown. The inno_hdmi structure is allocated with devm_kzalloc and freed during component_unbind_all, but drmm_encoder_alloc_release later dereferences its encoder member. Exploitation requires privileged local access and a Rockchip configuration using the Inno HDMI driver; the bounded consequence is host availability loss.
