Local denial of service via premature inode marking

Null-pointer dereference in Linux kernel HFS+ 7.1 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the host via setxattr on a mounted HFS+ volume. hfsplus_create_attributes_file marks the unloaded attributes-tree inode dirty before hfs_btree_open initializes the tree, causing a null dereference. The path requires an HFS+ volume whose attributes file was absent at mount and permission to set an extended attribute; the kernel fault interrupts the host.
