Service interruption via misordered DLM send queue

Use-after-free in Linux kernel DLM 5.14 and later allows local users to interrupt service through heavy DLM message traffic. The message-queue insertion path can place a handle out of sequence, causing dlm_receive_ack to stop before older tail entries and mishandle their references. Reaching the condition requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN to create a lockspace and root access to its device node; the observed consequence is kernel availability loss.
