Local service interruption via transport-domain leak

Resource leak in the mlx5 InfiniBand driver in Linux 4.5 and later allows local users to interrupt service through loopback setup failures. mlx5_ib_alloc_transport_domain() allocates a transport domain before mlx5_ib_enable_lb() and fails to release it when loopback enablement returns an error. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and mlx5 RDMA hardware with loopback setup reaching that error path; repeated failures exhaust transport-domain resources.
