Service interruption via undrained page-fragment cache

Resource leakage in the nvmet-tcp target in affected Linux kernels allows remote attackers to exhaust memory through failed queue setup. In nvmet_tcp_alloc_queue(), the out_ida_remove error path frees the queue without draining queue->pf_cache after nvmet_tcp_alloc_cmd() takes its first page-cache reference. A configured NVMe-over-TCP target and repeated connection failures are required, eventually depleting system memory and interrupting service.
