Local denial of service via recursive rollback

Denial of service in the cls_bpf traffic-control component in Linux allows local users to crash the system during BPF offload rollback. The cls_bpf_offload_cmd() rollback path swaps the current and old programs, then recursively re-enters itself whenever tc_setup_cb_replace() fails again, exhausting the kernel stack. Reachability requires local traffic-control access and a driver that returns two consecutive replacement failures; the resulting stack overflow crashes the system.
