Local system hang via duplicate active_io acquisition

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.6 through 7.1.4 allows local users to hang systems via RAID1 or RAID10 read-error recovery. During recovery, raid1d or raid10d resubmits a split cloned bio that already holds active_io, but md_handle_request() acquires a second live reference and deadlocks if the array is suspended. Local low-privileged access and an md RAID1 or RAID10 array are required; the deadlock prevents affected work from completing and can leave the system unresponsive.
