Kernel crash via off-by-one FDP index

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.16 allows attackers to crash a host through attacker-supplied NVMe FDP metadata. The NVMe namespace-scan path sets its upper bound to NUMFDPC + 1 but rejects only greater values, so an equal fdpcidx advances past the FDP descriptor array. Exposure requires an FDP-capable NVMe device or an already configured NVMe-oF endpoint under attacker control; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash from the invalid read.
