Local service interruption via misaddressed wait keys

Availability flaw in Linux kernel ext4 fast commits from 6.16 allows local users to interrupt service through filesystem activity. The FC_COMMITTING and FC_FLUSHING_DATA wait and wake paths use raw EXT4_STATE bits instead of the upper-half i_flags mapping required on 64-bit systems. The path requires a 64-bit kernel and an ext4 filesystem with fast commits enabled; the reported consequence is system instability or service interruption.
