Local system crash via coredump ring race

An out-of-bounds write in Linux 7.1 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the system by provoking an AMD GPU ring timeout. In amdgpu_coredump(), separate count and copy passes read a concurrently changing fence sequence, allowing the second pass to write beyond its allocated ring array. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, an AMD GPU, a ring timeout, and favorable fence-signaling timing during coredump generation.
