Local system crash via stale reserved_mem pointer

Use-after-free in Linux 6.13 and affected later branches allows local users to crash the system through a reserved-memory lookup. When alloc_reserved_mem_array() fails, reserved_mem still points to an __initdata array that initialization later frees. A later call to exported of_reserved_mem_lookup() dereferences that stale pointer; exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the initialization-time allocation failure.
