Kernel-memory overread via CQ array misindexing

An out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel irdma CQ memory registration allows local users to trigger a one-element overread on GEN_2 hardware. During irdma_handle_q_mem, an unset cqmr->split flag wrongly selects the shadow-buffer path and indexes arr at req->cq_pages, which can equal the array length. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, the irdma path, and GEN_2-or-later RDMA hardware; upstream does not describe how the read value becomes observable.
