Kernel corruption via racy RDMA protection-domain access

Race condition in Linux kernel RDMA/nldev from 4.18 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash or corrupt the kernel during MR re-registration. nldev readers dereference mr->pd while rereg_mr can replace that protection-domain pointer, so unsynchronized access can observe stale state. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to RDMA memory-region re-registration concurrent with nldev resource inspection, with no user interaction.
