Stale-pointer access via retained power-management notifier

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel watchdog core allows attackers to trigger stale-pointer access during suspend or resume. watchdog_unregister_device() leaves wdd->pm_nb on the power-management notifier chain after clearing watchdog data, so watchdog_pm_notifier() later dereferences stale state. Reachability requires a WDOG_NO_PING_ON_SUSPEND watchdog to be unregistered before a later power event; the CNA does not specify the resulting impact.
