Wireless transmission disruption via leaked transmit tokens

Resource leak in the mt7996 Wi-Fi transmit path in Linux 6.18 through 7.1.4 allows adjacent attackers to interrupt wireless service. The mt7996_tx_prepare_skb function returns when link_conf or link_sta lookup fails without releasing a transmit token allocated earlier in the path. Reachability requires an MT7996 PCIe wireless device; the public record does not identify the traffic that triggers either failed lookup.
