System crash via XPS configuration on XDP queue

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel ixgbe driver from 4.12 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the system by loading an XDP program. ixgbe_configure_tx_ring passes the non-netdev-exposed final XDP transmit queue to netif_set_xps_queue, which writes beyond the allocated queue map. Reachability requires an Intel E610 adapter, at least 64 CPUs, and permission to load an XDP program.
