CVE-2026-7431

Log disclosure and modification via shared-memory permissions

Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026

Incorrect permissions on shared memory in Ivanti Secure Access Client before 22.8R6 allow local users to read or alter sensitive logs. On Windows, the client grants write access to a shared memory section used for sensitive log data, permitting that data to be read or modified. A user must already have local authenticated access; the published impact is limited to disclosure and alteration of logs, with no availability impact.
