Service interruption via incorrect IRQ ring indexing

Incorrect IRQ-to-ring mapping in Linux kernel 6.14 allows local users to interrupt service on systems using octeon_ep vDPA devices. The driver's interrupt handler subtracts the first stored IRQ number from the delivered IRQ instead of locating that IRQ in oct_hw->irqs, so non-contiguous assignments select the wrong ring. The condition requires a configured Octeon EP vDPA device with non-contiguous IRQ numbers; mishandled interrupts can destabilize the host.
