Out-of-bounds read via truncated codec capability

An out-of-bounds read in affected Linux kernel versions allows attackers to copy data beyond a malformed Bluetooth controller response. hci_read_codec_capabilities() compares only caps->len with the remaining skb length, omitting the element's one-byte length field before recording and copying the element. Reachability requires control of a Bluetooth controller response; the parser copies one byte beyond the advertised payload into the codec list.
