Memory corruption via incorrect P2PDMA segment lengths

Incorrect length handling in Linux 6.16 allows local users to corrupt memory through multi-segment PCI P2PDMA I/O. In iommu_dma_map_sg(), each P2PDMA scatterlist entry incorrectly receives the head entry's length instead of its own, corrupting DMA metadata when segment lengths differ. Reachability requires local I/O permission, an IOMMU-enabled P2PDMA-capable PCI topology, and a multi-segment transfer; resulting out-of-bounds DMA can disclose or overwrite host memory or crash the kernel.
