Network-service interruption via zeroed MANA queue identifier

Denial of service in the Linux kernel MANA driver allows local users to disrupt networking through a failed queue creation. mana_gd_create_mana_wq_cq() leaves queue->id zero until firmware supplies an ID, so early failure makes cleanup clear gc->cq_table[0] for an unrelated live completion queue. The path requires local low-privileged access and a MANA queue-creation failure; exploitation can silently break an active completion queue and interrupt network service.
