System crash via unserialized concurrent sockmap receives

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the system through concurrent UDP sockmap receive calls. udp_bpf_recvmsg() calls sk_msg_recvmsg() without the socket lock, so concurrent callers can process and free the same ingress sk_msg object. Exploitation requires local access and concurrent receives on a UDP socket redirected through sockmap; the demonstrated result is a kernel memory-safety failure.
