Kernel crash via wrapped BPF message bounds

Integer overflow in Linux kernel BPF sockmap handling allows local users to crash the kernel through crafted message data. bpf_msg_pop_data() adds two u32 values before assigning the result to u64, letting wraparound pass its bounds check and drive the pop loop beyond the scatterlist. A local process must exercise a sockmap-attached BPF message-verdict path; successful exploitation produces a kernel fault and service interruption.
