SSRF in the Red Hat Quay build API allows remote authenticated users to access internal network resources through a supplied archive URL. The archive_url field is passed to the builder as a request destination without blocking internal network addresses. Repository write access and enabled FEATURE_BUILD_SUPPORT are required; successful requests can disclose information reachable only from the builder's network.
