CVE-2026-74245Network attack vector

Unauthenticated log disclosure via bearer file ID

Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026

Missing authentication in Red Hat Quay's log export download allows remote attackers with a valid file ID to retrieve action logs. The export download path treats the complex file ID as a bearer secret and returns the stored export without authenticating the requester or checking authorization. A file ID must first be intercepted from plaintext email or a webhook callback; exposed data includes usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, and action metadata.
