Cross-repository secret disclosure via unscoped UUID lookup

Authorization bypass in the Red Hat Quay notification API allows remote authenticated users to read other repositories' notification secrets. In endpoints/api/repositorynotification.py, the GET and test-trigger handlers resolve a caller-supplied UUID without verifying that its notification belongs to the repository path. Repository administrator access and knowledge of a 128-bit notification UUID are required; disclosure can include webhook URLs, Slack tokens, and email addresses, and Red Hat also lists OpenShift Update Service as affected.
