Internal network access via unrestricted image fetch

SSRF in Algovate xhs-mcp 0.8.11 allows remote attackers to make server-side HTTP requests through crafted media_paths URLs. The xhs_publish_content path passes HTTP and HTTPS image URLs to fetch() without allowlisting hosts or rejecting loopback, private, or link-local destinations. Exploitation requires access to the MCP tool, server egress to the chosen destination, and a response with valid image bytes; it can reach internal HTTP services.
