Remote command execution via interpolated MCP arguments

OS command injection in PolarVista Xcode MCP Server 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through exposed MCP tools. The build_project and run_tests handlers interpolate request-supplied project, scheme, configuration, and destination values into shell strings passed to child_process.exec. An attacker must be able to invoke either MCP tool; injected commands run with the server process's privileges and can read or alter accessible data or interrupt the host.
