File deletion via unchecked prompt path

Relative path traversal in GetSimpleTool mcpo-simple-server 0.1 and 0.2.0 allows remote attackers to delete files via crafted prompt details. The delete_shared_prompt function builds a path from caller-controlled prompt data, tests it with os.path.exists, and passes it to os.remove without canonicalization or a directory-boundary check. Reachability requires access to the exposed prompt-deletion workflow, and deletion is limited to files writable by the server process.
