Unauthorized checkout changes via unchecked REST routes

Authorization bypass in Razorpay for WooCommerce 4.8.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify checkout state via crafted REST requests. Patchstack and the CNA record do not name the affected endpoint or parameter; however, Razorpay's post-disclosure hardening work shows several 1CC REST routes previously relied on a no-op permission callback instead of nonce or HMAC validation. Exposure is limited to sites that expose the plugin's checkout APIs, and the published CVSS 3.1 vector bounds the consequence to integrity impact with no demonstrated data disclosure or service interruption.
