Improper access control in Oracle Helidon 4.5.3 allows remote attackers to read and modify data and interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle and public records identify the Imperative Web Server as the affected component but do not disclose the specific handler, check, or request-processing flaw that permits unauthorized operations on exposed application data. Exposure requires network reachability to an affected Helidon HTTP endpoint and no authentication or user interaction, and the published impact is limited to subset data disclosure, some unauthorized data changes, and partial denial of service rather than full takeover.
