Improper access control in Oracle Helidon 4.5.3 allows remote attackers to read or modify data and partially interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle has not published the flawed access-control operation or the request characteristics that reach it in the Imperative Web Server. No account or user interaction is required; a crafted HTTP request can affect a limited set of accessible data and partially interrupt the service.
