Arbitrary file read via static symlink escape

Access control bypass in Oracle Helidon 3.2.18 allows remote attackers to read application data over HTTP via crafted static-content requests. The public Oracle advisory does not name the flaw, but Helidon 3.2.19 source changes for the static-content handler add real-path checks that reject files and welcome pages whose symlinks resolve outside the configured filesystem root. Exposure requires a route that serves filesystem-backed static content; where present, unauthenticated requests can read files that the Helidon process can access through that route, with confidentiality impact only.
