Authenticated command execution via unchecked template tags
Published Apr 29, 2026 · Updated Apr 29, 2026
Code injection in EyouCMS 1.7.0 through 1.7.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute server commands through edited templates. The editFile method in application/admin/logic/FilemanagerLogic.php fails to reject ThinkPHP {:function()} tags, which parseTag compiles into executable PHP. Administrative template-editing access is required, and a saved system() tag runs under the web server account when the affected frontend page renders.
