Unauthorized file read via symlink root escape

Path traversal in Oracle Helidon 3.2.18 static content handling allows remote attackers to read some files via HTTP. In FileSystemContentHandler, requested paths were resolved to real paths without requiring the target to remain under the configured static-content root, so a symlink inside the served tree could expose an external file. Exposure requires an application to publish filesystem-backed static content; the 3.2.19 fix adds a realRoot boundary check, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
