Admin-level SQL execution via unrestricted query input
Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026
SQL injection in emlog 2.6.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through the AI tool endpoint. admin/ai.php decodes the POSTed params JSON and passes its sql value to Ai::queryDatabase without restricting statement types, tables, or dangerous SQL constructs. An administrator session is required; successful requests can read password records and can modify or delete the application database.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
