Unauthenticated file disclosure via header-controlled path mapping

Path manipulation in Plack::Middleware::XSendfile through 1.0053 allows remote attackers to read server files through crafted headers. When variation is unset, the middleware trusts X-Sendfile-Type and X-Accel-Mapping request headers to select X-Accel-Redirect and replace a filesystem prefix. Exploitation requires an nginx-backed service that forwards those client-controlled headers or exposes its Plack backend, allowing unauthenticated reads of files reachable through the proxy mapping.
