Path traversal in Hewlett Packard Enterprise AOS-CX affected releases allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary operating-system files. HPE has not identified the affected management endpoint or disclosed the path-handling error that permits traversal. Low-privilege access to the web-based management interface is required, and successful requests disclose files without modifying them or interrupting service.
