Service interruption via crafted network packets
Published Sep 1, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Denial of service in HPE AOS-CX affected releases allows remote attackers to interrupt switch operation via specially crafted packets. HPE has not disclosed the affected protocol or service, the crafted packet fields, or the incorrect operation performed during packet processing. Exploitation requires adjacent-network reachability but no credentials or user interaction; the documented consequence is interruption of normal device operation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
